Frequently Asked Questions Q. How long will it take for my order to reach me? A. The delivery times vary according to the destination and method used to ship your order. The standard method used for shipping is UPS Ground. UPS ground service should arrive at your location in 7 business days or less. UPS Blue is 2 days to any Continental U.S. destination and 4 business days to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. UPS Red is 1 day to any Continental U.S. location and 2 days to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Q. What if I want my order shipped overnight? A. We can upgrade your shipping to UPS Red. You will be invoiced for the additional shipping charges which vary depending on your location in the USA. Our normal 5-15 day production times will still apply. We can rush the order to ship within 48 hours of the order approval, depending on product availability. The charge for this is $40.00. Q. Do you accept Credit Cards. A. We do not accept Credit Cards. Avoidance of the cost of Credit Processing allows us to offer our products at the lowest cost possible. We do require first time customers to make a pre-payment of 50% of the expected bill. All other billing will done based on the actual ship date. Q. Are there any special requirements for artwork submission? A. Artwork should be in vector format, or in a high resolution (minimum 300 dpi to size), black and white format such as EPS, TIFF, PDS or JPEG. Artwork sent in color may incur an art charge to convert to black and white. Artwork that is faxed, scanned, photocopied or computer generated at less than 300 dpi, contains half tones, screens or shadows is not acceptable. There will be a charge to retouch artwork for non vector files. We accept artwork done in the followin software or earlier versions: Adobe Illustrator CS.5, Adobe Photoshop CS.5 and Corel Draw X3.
